Fit and quality of the padding are factors that significantly influence the protection provided by a mask. Both are often not ideal in standard masks.

Why should I replace my cushion?
The damping properties of each helmet pad change over time, often before you can see any visible changes. This means that impacts to the head are less well cushioned, increasing the risk of head injuries.
What materials are used?
Our cushion consists of two components. In the area of the ears, Unequal® material is used in the outermost layer, which dampens vibrations very well and thus protects against hearing problems when the head is hit.
The main padding is made of Maltese® Gel, which can reliably absorb even greater forces.
The Unequal®/ Maltese® combination is also used for our NHL®-certified masks.
Is the padding available for all masks?
The padding is generally available for all goaltender masks and can also be used in masks from other manufacturers.
Paintwork
Has your mask seen better days? We repair your paint! Whether it's a single-color finish or airbrush – we would be happy to discuss your wishes with you personally.
How long does the new paint job take?
Depending on the desired design, a single-color finish typically takes 1-2 weeks. More elaborate airbrush designs take correspondingly longer. We would be happy to discuss your wishes in person.
Can all masks be painted?
In principle, masks from all manufacturers can be painted. Soft-touch surfaces cannot be painted.
Prices
The costs depend on your requirements and the condition of the mask. You can find some guidelines here:
- Clear coat only from CHF 120.00
- Monochrome paint finish from CHF 280.00
- Airbrushing based on effort
The old paint is sanded off and a new paint structure is created for all masks.
