Best fit
The production of your new cushion takes between 1-2 weeks. Shorter delivery times are possible upon request.
The damping properties of each helmet pad change over time. Often even before you can see visible changes. As a result, impacts to the head are less well damped, increasing the risk of head injuries.
Our cushion consists of two components. In the area of the ears, Unequal® material is used in the outermost layer, which dampens vibrations very well and thus protects against hearing problems when the head is hit.
The main cushion is made of Maltese® gel, which can reliably absorb even larger forces.
The Unequal®/ Maltese® combination, is also used for our NHL® certified masks.
The pad is basically available for all Goalie masks and can also be used in masks of other manufacturers.
Painting
Your mask has seen better days? We repair your paint! No matter if you want a one-color paint job or an airbrush - we will be happy to discuss your wishes with you personally.
Depending on the desired design - a single color paint job usually takes 1-2 weeks. Elaborate airbrush designs take correspondingly longer. We are happy to discuss your wishes personally.
In principle, masks from all manufacturers can be painted. Soft-touch surfaces cannot be painted.
The cost depends on what you want and what condition the mask is in. You can find some guidelines here:
- Clear lacquer only from CHF 120.00
- Single color painting from CHF 280.00
- Airbrush according to effort
For all masks, the old lacquer is sanded off and a new lacquer structure is created.
