Return policy
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it meets the following criteria:
Returnable items:
- The item must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging and accessories must be present.
- The item must be returned with the original purchase receipt.
Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, are excluded from return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at info@ws-composite.ch and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service will give you the necessary instructions for the return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and return it to the address provided by our customer service.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item as per your request.
Return shipping costs: The cost of returning products is borne by the customer, unless the item has defects or deficiencies.
Please note that returns may not be accepted without prior notification to our customer service.
