Return conditions
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it meets the following criteria:
Eligible items for return:
- The item must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included.
- The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, are excluded from return.
Return process:
- Contact our customer service at info@ws-composite.ch and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service will give you the necessary instructions for the return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and return it to the address provided by our customer service.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item according to your request.
Return costs: The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the item has defects or flaws.
Please note that returns without prior notification to our customer service may not be accepted.
