Scan@Home appointments can be carried out at locations throughout Switzerland. Whether ice rink, dressing room or at your home.
Yes! This service is completely free of charge for you.
Please note that the dates are linked to at least one TRUE Custom skate order. If no skate is ordered at the Scan@Home appointment, we will have to charge you CHF 199.00 for our expenses.

Ideally, you should take your current skates with you. A free area of approx. 2×2 m is required for the 3D scan.
The scan alone takes about 5 minutes. But so that we have enough time to respond to your needs and wishes and can show you all the options, plan with about 40 minutes.
If you have interested teammates or friends, you can of course invite them to the event.
The delivery time can vary greatly depending on the order date. Orders are delivered fastest between February and May(approx. 4 weeks).
Orders between June and October may take a little longer.
We recommend ordering the skates as early as possible.
Yes - @Home consultations are also available for TRUE sticks custom-made and TRUE/Lefevre custom-made goalkeeper equipment.
Your order will be processed immediately. You will receive an invoice, which you can pay within the printed deadline.
Of course you can also cancel your Scan@Home appointment. Please write us an email to info@ws-composite.ch until 12h before the appointment. Cancellations are free of charge until 2 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations less than 2 hours before the appointment (or if our skate specialist is already on his way to you) we charge a flat rate of CHF 199.00.
